01The gap

Leads die in the gap
between tools.

A customer messages on Instagram. Their number lands in a spreadsheet. You mean to call after the job—but by morning, someone else has replied.

Keep the request, the person replying and the follow-up in one place.

02What we build

Less chasing.
More getting back to people.

Start with the call, quote or update
your team keeps missing.
Build from there.

01 / Lead capture & routing

Get back to the call you missed.

Put missed calls, website requests and DMs in one queue, with someone responsible for replying.

05A defined way forward

One problem.
A scope you can agree to.

Understand the work. Agree the build.
Test it together.

01

Map

Trace what happens today: the trigger, tools, people and points where work stops.

  • Current workflow map
  • Defined starting point
02

Build

Agree the boundaries and success checks. Build the connections inside that scope.

  • Bounded build
  • Testable workflow
03

Hand over

Test the workflow together. Make ownership and the next steps clear.

  • Tested workflow
  • Operating notes

Deliverables, price, timing and success checks. Agreed before the build starts.

06Founder-led, start to finish

You work with
me directly.

I’m Gurnoor Bassi, founder of AG Digitalz. I build websites and business systems for service businesses. You speak to the person doing the work, from the first conversation to launch.

Show me the missed call, the slow reply or the spreadsheet you keep updating. We’ll work out what’s worth fixing first and agree what I’ll build.

The first engagement

Fix one thing
that keeps costing you time.

Quoted after a short
discovery call.

You get a defined scope, a fixed project price and an agreed schedule before deciding to go ahead.

07Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Which tools can you work with?

We start with the tools you already use. During discovery, we check how they can connect, what access is needed and where a manual step still makes sense. The proposal names the integrations included in the build.

How long does a first workflow take?

The timeline depends on the workflow, the integrations and the access available. We agree the schedule once the scope is clear, before the build begins.

Who owns the finished system?

Ownership and access are covered in the proposal, including the accounts, custom work and any third-party licences involved. We make those terms clear before you agree to the build.

What happens after handover?

We test the workflow and hand over the operating notes. Any ongoing support or further changes are defined separately in the engagement terms.

What if we do not know what we need?

Start with the point where work gets stuck. You do not need a technical brief. We map what happens today and identify one workflow to start with.

What does an engagement cost?

The price depends on the agreed scope. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, price, timing and success checks before you commit.
